CI: Ubuntu 20.04 hosted runner image is closing down

GitHub informed me that the Ubuntu 20.04 runner images will be fully unsupported by April 1, 2025.

We need to update the workflow label to a newer version like ubuntu-22.04 or ubuntu-24.04
