[NGO Admin/ Rapoarte] Implement new reports #40-A, #40-B, #40-C: Risk factors

Context: The 3 new reports will extract data from Informatii Caz & Evaluare initiala, in order to highlight the distribution of risk factors across cases.
UN CAZ = UN INDIVID/VICTIMĂ - Reactivarile nu sunt alte cazuri, sunt instante ale cazului intial
COUNT ALL CASES STATUS=ACTIV AT LEAST 1 DAY IN THE TIME FRAME

Report 40-A. Distributia riscului asociat cazului de violenţă domestică - Factori de risc la nivel de agresor (extrase din Informatii Caz)
The report will count the occurence of answer = Yes/ True, for a set of variables referring to the aggressors, extracted from the section Informatii caz. IF the case has multiple aggressors, THEN count all cases in which at least 1 Aggressor = True for the respective variable.
