[NGO Admin/ Rapoarte] Implement new report #36: ,,Distribuția victimelor violenței domestice (cazurilor) după rezultatele intervenției'' #557

Implement report no 36 from the [Data dictionary/ Rapoarte NGO tab] - Distribuţia rezultatelor intervenției dupa statusul lor: total initiate, realizate, retrase, in perioada de referinta (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CwWLNTUE7yhHBpwQXLC21Znl3rjrLuLmav1Vu-Go8Dc/edit?gid=1019818539#gid=1019818539)
The report should count Intervention Results, with one line per type of Result, as configured in the Superadmin nomenclature - Section Rezultate Interventie, as follows:
- Column 1 will list all labels defined as Results, as they were configured in Superadmin
- Column 2 will COUNT all individual results which have an initiation date (Initiat la) in the reference period of the generated report (for example, if the user will generate the report for 2024, THEN we will only count Results initiated in 2024)
- Column 2 will COUNT all individual results which have a finalisation date (Realizat la) in the reference period of the generated report (for example, if the user will generate the report for 2024, THEN we will only count Results finalised in 2024)
- Column 3 will COUNT all individual results which have a retracted date (Retras la) in the reference period of the generated report (for example, if the user will generate the report for 2024, THEN we will only count Results retracted in 2024).
NOTE: This report only counts results, NOT beneficiaries (one beneficiary can have multiple results associated in their chart)
