  • Updated frontend to trigger updating metadata along with file update operation

  • Updated backend to create duplicate entry when a new file version is added

I merged main into this one since we've had some pull requests merged.

I noticed that once when I updated a file from the dataset page (not from the file page) the metadata didn't update, but it seems to be working consistently now. I can mark this one approved and merge it in.
