Snackbar 'Successfully added metadata definition' pops up even you didn't click on submit button

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try to add a new metadata definition
2. On the last step, Instead of clicking on 'Submit' button, click on 'Clear'

Current state - You should see the snackbar
