Add Data Tools List to the Playbook

Why

As a data analyst, I need to know what tools are useful to perform data tasks and which of those tools are generally recommended for use within CHHS departments so that I can quickly make a decision about which tool to request and have confidence that tool will be approved and provided for my use at my department.

How

1. Create a list of tools in table form, with the following fields
   1. Name of Tool
   2. Tool Vendor
   3. License Type & Price
   4. Supporting Data Activities (Collection, Storage, Reporting, visualization, etc)
   5. Description of the tool
   6. Approved in Departments
   7. URL to the product page
2. Add page to the Playbook that links to the tools list
3. Add tools from the CHHS Data Literacy Survey
4. Share the list with departments and architects to gather feedback
5. Identify the tools allowed in each department and emphasize the tools preferred in each department
