Support connecting TLS for Redis

Is it possible to use Redis with TLS configuration? Moodle already has support for TLS connection with Redis, which makes it unsuitable for configuring Redis for the Moodle project.

Hi, @Peterburnett ElastiCache recently had the option for Redis ServerLess but that requires enabling encrypted data transfer so need to enable TLS connection ( Moodle already supports this: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-72622).
Can you check again and support this feature for the plugin?
