Allow multi URL params of the same name

Fixes #59

You can now add string or string[] to your params as shown in the example

const ret = await Http.request({
  method: 'GET',
  url: 'http://www.example.com'
  params: {
    size: ['XL', 'L'],
    music: 'cool',
  },
});

Will make a GET request to `http://www.example.com?size=XL&size=L&music=cool
