Fixed miscalculation of position on Safari

On Safari, the flowtip appears far from the intended position (usually way to the top):

While this is a subtle problem at play here, that seems at least initially triggered by setting body to have overflow: scroll or similar, stripping out the existing functionality is just a solution to the symptom, not the cause.

I'll try and investigate this further in #71, but simply turning off overflow on the body element should be enough for now.
