Current Behaviour

https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?item=34846 contains epic gems which should not be available at the current phase.
further, the satchel itself was only introduced with patch 2.3.3 (Zul Aman)

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

easiest solution right now would be to keep the satchel dropping from magtheridon, but remove the epic gems from the satchel until ZA release.
