Hi @linjialiang - just to clarify, from your comment in #1468 (comment) were you saying that this issue can be closed?

I didn't quite understand if this issue is connected to using atom-beautify or not so if it's still a problem, please share specific step-by-step instructions to reproduce and we can take a look.
