Saved XML markup is deleted after entering the layout editor and tapping "Discard changes and exit"

Some of .xml works, but some gets overridden through it to a fresh .xml and even worse we can't do 'close unsaved' because that saves it as empty .xml which was 100+ lines before.

Affected: home.xml and activity_main_drawer.xml
Others have no issue, only some gets this weird behaviour, like even we aren't able to undo it.

Have a mejor bug in layout editor library.
When i add custom view or components and try to click preview btn and when i return layout editor im see my custom view is gone.
