Introduce a new pass to fuse transpose and matmul, which specially for `Linear` ops in PyTorch and NNModule. Note that this pass is migrated from MLC-LLM. Co-authored-by: Ruihang Lai <[email protected]> Co-authored-by: Junru Shao <[email protected]>
