Description

Recently hitting a 'request entity too large' response when using any model via Copilot. I haven't hit my usage limits (edu subscription) and the codebase is quite small. Sometimes happens when introducing screenshots, but even after removing these the issue persists. Often requires multiple session restarts or reworking from scratch.

It surfaced on a session with many screenshots, on a project without screenshots i did not hit this today, yet.

Same here with claude-sonnet-4.

It happens with a big Playwright Testing Suite and several screenshots.

It has stopped for me. I think Copilot is having issues, or this is just their rate limiting.

Some models disappeared recently from my Copilot account, only to come back this morning. I'm not sure what's going on at Microsoft/GitHub.

It happens to me too on v1.1.12. Reproducible with multiple Copilot models after accumulating a few images in the conversation.
