Same npm dep conflict here. It would be great if we could also ship a 19.x minor version that allows using Jest 30.

This error has nothing to do with @angular-devkit/build-angular as mentioned in the original issue. The problem in your case is a dependency conflict between jest-preset-angular@14.6.1 and jest@30.0.5. But once you update jest-preset-angular to v15 (which actually supports Jest 30), you run into the same issue the topic starter is talking about with a different error to yours.
