Material 3 theme for android and clickable timestamps

• Material 3 theming is great and pretty much supported by all apps on android. Adding this feature would make the app feel more like home.
• Clickable timestamps makes it easier to navigate podcasts and is more efficient and all other podcast apps support it.

Add dynamic theming option in android and clickable timestamps support for podcasts that provide it.

Hi @Embassy4016,

I would love to update Anytime's Material theme; however, due to a significant accessibility bug, I have to leave the current theming as is. This is because I still need to support Flutter 3.27.4 on the iOS side. When the Flutter team fix this bug and I can move to a new version of Flutter, the theming will be given an overhaul.
