Hi, I have successfully installed and runned GRIPper2, but no any results were output. I have tried several WGS samples, of which the coverage depth were around 60x. The command I used is as follow, could you please help figure out what is wrong?
conda activate gripper2
gripper2 call -r hg19.fasta -b sample1.bam -g Homo_sapiens.GRCh37.87.gtf.gz
