- Frontend: Angular (including 15→16 upgrade work), testability improvements, component-driven UI automation
- Backend / Services: .NET APIs (service DI patterns, endpoint validation), request/response troubleshooting (415s, headers, auth/session flows)
- CI/CD & Build: Jenkins pipelines, GitHub Actions, Node/Ruby tooling fixes (Bundler + PATH issues), pipeline reliability and faster feedback loops
- Observability: New Relic dashboards/NRQL (test health + flakiness), logs/APM-driven debugging, alert-friendly metrics
- Cloud & Infra: AWS (Lambda, SSM Parameter Store, CloudWatch, SQS, RDS), environment config + secret propagation troubleshooting
- Data & Validation: SQL-heavy verification for messaging/billing usage, targeted queries for test data selection and evidence-based QA
- Integrations: Twilio, Salesforce, Billing Platform flows, third-party popups/embeds (e.g., Intercom), payment/processor edge cases
- Performance / Load: Grafana k6 (OSS) exploration for load testing + baseline performance validation
