Greek language localization

This is a complete localization for Greek language.

All entries have been cross-checked against the latest official glossary files (AppleGlot) for macOS, in order to seamlessly integrate with familiar systemic terms. Some entries though adapted to more modern technical terms given that the app is primarily used by developers.

Notes:

1. There are some layout issues that need to be addressed. Quite a few labels are very compact and wrap text unnecessarily (imagine that this is a problem in any language that tends to be more verbose than English)
2. There are a few instances that code is trying to match substrings in order to produce clickable links (via attributed string). This is error prone and leads to crashes if the specific entry is untranslated or doesn't include the target substring exactly as expected.
