Xcode login with error with apple id #440

Describe the bug
after login xcode with the userid and password (apple id/password) , there is an unexpected error occurred.
To Reproduce
Step 1. enter login with apple id and password. verification code is received.
Step 2. after enter the verification code, an expected error popup with below :Received an unexpected status code: 412. If you continue to have problems, please submit a bug report in the Help menu."
