Unable to install Xcode 14.2

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

1. Apple ID log in does not work with my company Apple ID, only with personal Apple ID. (Unexpected status code 412)
2. Once I try to install Xcode 14.2 I get the error "Unable to install Xcode".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Download Xcodes using brew install --cask xcodes
Open Xcodes and attempt to log in to Apple ID (company Apple ID gives bug 1). Log in on personal Apple ID as a work-around.
Try to install Xcode 14.2 (get bug 2).

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I would expect to be able to use my company Apple ID and download Xcode 14.2.
