Web3jAbi includes Android api level 28 methods

I try to use your library on Android starting minimum api level 19.

java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: No interface method getTypeName()Ljava/lang/String; in class Ljava/lang/reflect/Type; or its super classes (declaration of 'java.lang.reflect.Type' appears in /system/framework/core-oj.jar)

Web3jAbi.kt 212.. There are lots of methods like " typename, parameters" which is available in API level 28 only.

Hi web3j works only on android 9 and above. please fix

The getOrDefault method was added in API level 24 and runtimes below API level 24 don't have that method. Thats why it's not working in Android API level 21.

Hi, we are working on a more Android standardised web3j that works at least back to API23:

Eventually we want to merge this back into the Web3j repo so all us Android devs can have a more inclusive build again. We'll open comms with the web3j guys to get this library onto Maven so it's less intrusive. Currently you need to add the .jar files to your build manually.
