Summary

Add support for args for two commands and fix storage folder name.

Motivation

This helps in automation were user interaction is not needed. For folder name, to make it follow standard.

Changes

• Fix storage folder name
• Add support for args under AddDbConnectionCommand
• Add support for args under AddSmtpConnectionCommand
