The added screen resolutions changed the mapping of page sizes between the VT_DATA file and the application. This change maps the old indexes to the new indexes for any zones with a version <= 26

Updated the build to support libmonetra instead of the deprecated libmcve. Libmonetra provides backwards compatibility for libmcve via libmonetra_compat.h.
