Mapped Variants API Endpoint Bug

Hi,

I noticed that the mapped variants endpoint (https://api.mavedb.org/docs#/mapped%20variants/show_mapped_variant_api_v1_mapped_variants__urn__get) returns a 404 error code when running a query such as urn:mavedb:00000001-a-1#1. I remember this input had previously been valid for this endpoint, so was unsure if a bug occurred during an update to the API. Thanks in advance for your help!

@jstone-dev @sallybg @bencap The problem is from line 29 of the routers/mapped_variant.py file, .filter(MappedVariant.current is True). In my local database, most mapped variants' current values are false, so the most mapped variants are not found. I don't know the logic of this part. For example, the score set is published so that the current value is true or anything else. I think it's the same reason that leads to users not being able to access the mapped variants in MaveDB.
