Improve SEO metadata across 58 documentation pages

Summary

Audited all MDX files for SEO metadata quality and fixed issues across 58 pages. Changes are frontmatter-only — no page content was modified.

What changed

• Added missing og:title and og:description to 13 API reference pages that had no SEO metadata at all (webhooks, webhook notifications, vessels, tracking requests, email submissions, document schemas)
• Expanded short descriptions (under 130 characters) on ~42 API reference pages to meet the 130–155 character target so Google uses them instead of auto-generating snippets
• Added missing description to the API reference introduction page
• Shortened one over-60-character og:title on the vessel future positions with coordinates page
• Fixed two content page descriptions that were slightly under 130 characters (sdk/typescript/authentication.mdx and api-docs/webhooks/use-cases/lfd-alerts.mdx)

Skipped

• 12 hidden document-related pages (not indexed by search engines)
• Snippet files (not rendered as standalone pages)
• Pages that already had compliant metadata
