Introduces a new routine to import file and simultaneously write down activity logs. I am not sure weather Import is the correct notebook for this method. Please suggest other ones if you think it is not.

Comments

  1. Please do not merge before the release of the Import/ Export 1.6.4 packages. The PR depends on the appropriate adaptations at the backend. I have closed that PR on 11.01.23, waiting for the release -- already done (A.K.)
  2. Partition is a placeholder for now. It will be populated later in a separate PR
