There are no filtering options in the FP report

Apparently the FP report is not the only one affected by this bug. We have the same problem in all our interactive reports except the PV, Accruals and ExpAdj. The rest have no filtering options. @dcolleoni , do you know on the top of your head what could be in common between these reports.
