…ed all concurrent access from the actor by pushing the action of adding onto the queue. Also, updated the behaviour to include a measurement of lastCheck and made the lastSend time actually update as it sends. Also cleaned up the check behaviour to only check whether there's a head element, instead of checking that length is greater than zero, because that should be cleaner and faster, and that means that only one behaviour actually checks length, and that's the describer to describe length
