Dragging always shows "disabled" icon since 1.8.2

Problem:

Dragging an item always shows the "disabled" icon since 1.8.2
The sorting and dragging works but it always shows the "disabled" icon.
It shows the right ion on all versions except 1.8.2.

@FaBeyyy This is an unintended effect of me changing Sortable.js#L1730 from having the dropeffect as 'move' to 'none'. It was causing Firefox to open a new tab when set to 'move'. Please set it to 'move' in your download to get the cursor fixed, and I will try to work out a better solution for this.

Ok, I fixed this in 1.8.3

This bug still exists in latest version! This annoying icon appears anytime I drag an item. Isn't there a simple fix?
