Job queuing and status

There is likely to be many background jobs happening with a self hosted solution, especially if the user has slow hardware.  Having a screen that shows the jobs in process and what's going on in the background would be very useful.

We may also want to consider baking in some starndardised queuing / job system in order to get this rather than code it in.  MQTT or something maybe?
