Currently only one model can be used for simulating a specified time frame.
Enhancement description
Implement a temporal-hybrid model that switches between two models (usually a coarse- and a fine-grained) during the simulation according to a predefined condition. The temporal-hybrid model should be based on https://github.com/reneSchm/memilio/blob/example-hybrid-omp/cpp/hybrid_paper/extinction_model.cpp.
