Reduce logs in CI when running the examples

Bug description

The examples (and many more...)
./ode_secir_read_graph_example -> [warning] Standard deviation reduced to fit 99% of the distribution within [lowerbound,upperbound].

./abm_minimal_example -> [info] ABM Model interaction.

Most of these logs are unnecessary and can be removed.

Also this should maybe be added to the Coding Guidelines.

Just look at the Ci example log.
