In https://github.com/SciCompMod/memilio/blob/f192ec6f138ff62d98508ab9f053061df01332dd/cpp/examples/CMakeLists.txt#L23C24-L23C40 I suppose there should be ode_seir_ageres_example to correctly set the compile options.
