[ENHANCEMENT] Option to Hide thinking output (like before)

Thinking not being hidden by default is a huge pollution to the chat interface, especially if thinking is done with summaries or there is loads of it. It should be an option to view it - not always shown without ability to hide it.

I've opened PR #8210 with my attempt at addressing this issue. The implementation adds a toggle button to show/hide thinking output in the chat interface, with chevron icons for visual feedback. All tests pass and the functionality works as expected. Feedback welcome!

@Mirrowel Thanks for the enhancement suggestion. The value of hiding thinking output isn't clear enough to prioritize this change. The thinking provides transparency into the AI's reasoning, which many users find valuable. Adding UI complexity for a toggle needs stronger justification.

Closing this for now. If you can articulate specific use cases where thinking output causes real workflow problems (beyond preference), please open a new issue with them outlined.

We're open to reconsidering with a clearer value proposition. Thanks for the suggestion.
