docs: remove condensing model configuration option

Removes references to the condensing model selection feature that was removed in v3.42.0.

Changes

• Removed the 'Condensing model' configuration option from the intelligent context condensing documentation
• Updated the configuration screenshot to reflect the current UI without the removed option

Context

The custom condensing model selector was removed in v3.42.0. Condensing now always uses the active conversation provider/model. This PR updates the documentation to reflect that change.
