tests: update audio datasets, add sdxl as example model

Description

This PR updates the pruna tests in the following ways:

• smaller audio dataset: for better tutorial quality and faster tutorial tests, we use a smaller audio snippet for whisper tests
• segmind: segmind is not maintained and does not work with the newer diffusers version + deepcache, we update the tutorial to use sdxl instead
