Configuration file?

Starting to gather a lot of options. Might be worth looking into a configuration file where we can store everything. With a schema so it's easier to have it make sense

• Subcommand to generate an example config with defaults
• Subcommand to validate configuration
• Option to use a configuration file instead of options
• Default to typecontractor.json if it exists?
• Validation that we still have an assembly and output options, either from config or options
