This PR adds default fragment tag for the
PSPDFKitView. This fixes an issue that preventedPSPDFKitViewfrom loading on Android.Acceptance Criteria
package.json,package-lock.json,samples/Catalog/package.json, andsamples/NativeCatalog/package.json(see example commit: 1bf805f).
