Adds a test case demonstrating nested local grid refinements (LGRs). The CARFIN section specifies the parent grid name, which allows an LGR to act as the parent grid of another refinement, resulting in nested LGRs.
To run the test with OPM Flow, use:
--parsing-strictness=low
--enable-ecl-output=true
Note that further changes in opm-common are required to make all properties available.
