1. use of .xls not csv
2. Spaces in headers
3. Use of reserved words 'value'
4. No use of double " to escape characters '-,
5. Use of * in columns rather than separate columns to indicate missing data types
6. Multiple data types in columns strings and numbers
7. Cells containing more than one data type - Integer and decimals
