Add SQLAlchemy support for PyMEOS/MobilityDB

Support for MobilityDB in SQLAlchemy was provided by the mobilitydb-sqlalchemy package (https://github.com/adonmo/mobilitydb-sqlalchemy).
With the new version and architecture of PyMEOS, work should be done to provide the same support using the new PyMEOS package
