Generate and use the iOS query client

Summary

• upgrade the shared protocol package to Zod 4 and add shared push registration schemas
• add an automated iOS OpenAPI generation workflow and XcodeGen wiring
• switch the iOS app to the generated query client for alerts/fixes while using generated client calls for health and push
