Improve the Assignment Summary page and labels

Delete the "class average", "class median", and "# annotations per marked submission" entries in the "Status" column
in the instructor Assignments page, and replace it with a link to the assignment summary page.
Rename the "Assignment Summary" link name and the sub-tab label under the Assignment page to "Grades".

@freyazjiner good work, the changes are all good. In addition to the inline comment I left, please also change the title of the summary page to say "Grades: " rather than "Summary: ". Please then also update the screenshots for your Wiki PR.

This should not be added. You may have cloned the Wiki repository within the MarkUs repository. In any case, you shouldn't have added it---make sure you are using git add/git commit with specific files (and not just doing git add ., for example).
