Show BG

Show BG should show the BG time signal and Fourier signal. Due to the number of datapoints, the imaged date is sampled.
The sampling should be performed on the same time points and frequencies as the foregroundsignal.

In MMR.jl I implemented a completely new version, which might be better/worse. I bring it up here for completeness:
