Hotfix to main build_loop.yml
I found a typo in the build_loop.yml file in which the upstream repository could be synced to itself.
I am modifying this file for the main branch to see if it makes a difference to build actions for forks of LoopWorkspace.
There is no change to the function of the code, so I do not plan to modify the version number; leaving it at v3.8.2.
