Fix Invalid Node Height not working

It seems, that "Fix Invalid Node Height" feature is not working.
No Output in Logs.

The other scans are providing an output.
I loaded the heightmap or am i missing something?

I have been having this same issue, I thought it was just me doing something wrong. I get the Nodes underground/ or half underground and or 100's of meters in the air.
