Exfiltrate enhancements

It would be nice to:

• conditionally exfiltrate
• selectively exfiltrate
• accumulate exfiltrations (such that multiple calls to exfiltrate (e.g. in a loop) will not override the results, but provide all values in something like a vector)

Just some random thoughts:

conditionally exfiltrate

Probably not worth it, given that if foo; @exfiltrate; end is possible.

selectively exfiltrate

@exfiltrate foo bar? Yeah, I like it.

accumulate exfiltrations (such that multiple calls to exfiltrate (e.g. in a loop) will not override the results, but provide all values in something like a vector)

Probably a bit tricky, but should be solvable for selective exfiltrations.
