Update `dict()` docstring

Current message is "Pydantic doesn’t allow using lowercase ‘json’ as a field, so we override it."

While technically correct, I don't think it looks good in the documentation. Should say returns the input parameters as a dictionary, and should be used to extract the input parameters from the class.
