- Add CI snapshot validation step to verify snapshot files exist before running tests - Create comprehensive TESTING.md documentation with snapshot workflow guide - Verify all snapshot files are properly tracked in version control - Confirm .gitignore does not exclude snapshot files - All 125 tests passing (62 unit + 40 BDD + 23 snapshot) The CI pipeline now explicitly checks for snapshot files and logs their presence before running tests. - Add { timeZone: 'UTC' } option to toLocaleString() in buildHeader
- Update all snapshots to use UTC-based timestamps
- Fixes CI failures caused by timezone differences between local and CI environments
